  *You can pick up tickets 24 hours after purchase.
  *For purchases made after 3 days prior to the performance date, immediate pick-up is available.
  *When picking up the tickets, you will be required to show your ticket order confirmation email to store staff.
  *The staff will check your Ticket Number that is shown on the ticket order confirmation email and print your tickets.
  *There will be no facility to pick up your ticket at the venue.

〇Things to Note
※Admission is free for children under 6 years old sitting on the lap of the guardian (up to 1 child per guardian). If a seat is required for the child, a separate ticket will have to be purchased.
※ Category 5 Family Set Ticket allows entry for either one adult and one child/student or one adult and two children/students. (Entry is not permitted for adults or children/students alone / Entry must be simultaneous)
※Ticket prices are inclusive of consumption tax.
※Tickets are non-refundable except for cancelled matches.
※If a ticket is found to have been resold or attempted to be resold at an auction or internet ticket auction for any reason, the ticket will be voided.
※If any unauthorized entry or entry with an unauthorized ticket is discovered, the police will be notified.
※The seats behind the goal area are unreserved seats, and all other types of seats are reserved seats.
※The wearing of Borussia Dortmund jerseys, merchandize, etc. on the Category 5(home side) and will not be allowed as it may lead to trouble.
※The wearing of Cerezo Osaka jerseys, merchandize, etc. on the Category 5(away side) and will not be allowed as it may lead to trouble.
※Please cooperate in packing your seats in the area behind the goal area. Please don't use luggage or other items to secure more than one seat per person,and don't use adhesive tape, including masking tape, to secure seats.
※When waving or hoisting towel scarves, flags, gate flags, etc., please be considerate of the visibility and safety of the people around you. We will inform you of the locations where they can be used separately.
※Please be aware that all or part of the video footage (including still images) taken inside the stadium for use in game broadcasts, etc., may also be used for the following purposes:
・Use on jumbotron and other various monitors in the stadium.
・Use in EUROJAPAN CUP and official club media.
・Use in news programs and related media.
・Use in videos produced by EUROJAPAN CUP or by parties (including partner companies) appointed by EUROJAPAN CUP, as well as in various sales materials, etc.

●About Wheelchair Seat Tickets
※Each wheelchair seat ticket entitles the holder to one accompanying person free of charge.
※In order to give priority to wheelchair users, accompanying persons may be required to watch the games in the rear of the wheelchair area. Wheelchair seats cannot be exchanged for regular tickets (including invitations).
※In the case of two or more accompanying persons, an additional ticket fee will be charged.

■About prohibited matters
※Smoking and littering outside of designated areas
※Entering into restricted areas, group protests, stopping buses and passenger cars, etc.
※Distribution of unapproved posters and leaflets, fund-raising, signatures, and survey activities
※Use of confetti, paper tape, smoke emitting materials (dry ice, etc.)
※Standing up on chairs to watch the games
※Sitting, leaning over, or leaning against fences, railings, etc.
※Watching games under umbrellas in the event of rain
※Defamation of or discrimination against referees, opposing team officials, or supporters
※Discriminatory or insulting remarks or acts related to race, color, gender, language, religion, politics, or origin
※Violent acts
※Use of ringers after 9:30 p.m.
※Any behavior that interferes with the operation of the games or the safety of players, staff, or spectators.

■About prohibited items
※Sounding instruments other than drums (trumpets and other wind instruments, vuvuzelas, cheer horns, balsa horns, etc.)
※Fireworks, firecrackers, smoke bombs, gas horns, laser beams, etc.
※Bottles, cans, etc. (Please transfer them into paper cups at the entrance gate. You may bring in PET bottles and water bottles.)
※Other prohibited items will be in accordance with the “Manners and Rules Common to All J-League Spectators”.
