Delivery Method	You must wait 24 hours after purchase to pick up your tickets at Seven-Eleven stores in Japan. 　 You can pick up your tickets from 10:00AM 3 days prior to your reserved performance. 　 Please show your e-mail purchase confirmation to the Seven-Eleven store staff. 　 The staff will check your Ticket Number and print your tickets. 　 *Please be sure to pick up your tickets in advance. 　 **There is no ticket counter to issue your ticket at the venue.

[about admission]
When entering the venue, please show your ticket.
You will be shown to your reserved seat according to the number on your ticket.

*Being under the influence of alcohol are prohibited.
*Children under the age of 6(preschoolers)are not allowed to enter the venue.
*Minors are requested to inform their parents or guardiMinors (17 years and younger) are required to bring a Written Informed Consent signed by a parent / guardian.ans and obtain their intention before visiting.
* Please use the stairs to enter the venue.If you are coming in a wheelchair or have difficulty using the stairs,please contact the NMB48 Theatre ticket@nmb48.com by the day before . (We cannot accept on the day.If you do not contact us in advance, you may not have the means to enter.) (We will reply to you ,depending on the email service you use, it may be sorted to spam folder.we recommend using gmail, etc)
[about luggages]
Bringing bags and sacks ets. is not allowed.
You can bring only "support goods" and "valuables" in the theater.
For other luggage, please use the paid locker or Cloak installed in the lobby after purchasing the ticket.
Items deemed dangerous or causing inconvenience to other customers are strictly prohibited.

We carry out "baggage check" and "body check with metal detector" at the entrance.
If you bring a pen light as a support goods, we will also check the lighting, so please prepare in advance.
Please act according to the instructions of the staff.
Metal detectors for body check are the same type as those used at airports, etc. and have no effect on the human body,
In the case of using in-body medical equipment, we will respond with an examination by the staff, so please let us know.
(If you can bring a medical certificate just in case, we can respond smoothly.)
When purchasing a ticket, all visitors, regardless of the applicant or accompanying person, are required to present an identity verification document with a photo in principle.
(In the case of elementary school students, we will only check with your insurance card and resident card.)

The 'photo identification document' required to confirm your identity shall be one of the following 1-4 items.
1. passport
2. driver's licence
3. student ID card (for the current academic year)
4. physical disability certificate

In the case of identification documents 5-8 without a photograph, please bring at least two of them.

7. certified copy of family register
8. certified copy of individual family register

※Expired IDs will be invalid. Also, please bring the certificate in its officially issued state. [Photocopies are not acceptable.]
A certificate of residence, a certified copy of the family register and an extract from the family register must have been issued within the last six months.
※If you do not have your identification documents,admission will be denied.
・Please do not run in the venue as it will cause an accident. If the staff finds this when entering and leaving, the entrance and exit may be temporarily suspended.
・Please refrain from operating mobile phones in the venue. ( ※Except when the photo session is held)
・Use of sounding (※excluding official goods), yaji who slander members, private talk during the performance, use of psyllium and large light penlight, taking seats to secure seats for friends who come later, eating and drinking (including gum), smoking, pets It is prohibited to carry out the performance or act that interferes with other customers, such as entering with them, exchanging seats, etc.
・Sign boards, sketch boards, etc. can be used if they are posted for support purposes, but please be careful not to interfere with other customers' viewing.
・Dangerous goods cannot be brought into the theater, including the lobby.
・Photography is prohibited in the theater except for a part of the lobby. In the lobby, you can shoot "performance performance member board" and "flowers received from everyone at the time of the birthday festival performance", but please note that this may be canceled due to congestion.
※Before the lobby, you can not shoot in the passage where only event visitors can enter.
・Criminal acts such as unauthorized use of identity verification documents, shooting in prohibited places in the theater, recording, etc. will be "prohibited" as soon as they are found (if the person who cooperated can be identified, all people are eligible)

Other information
The performance may be unavoidably cancelled due to reasons such as infectious diseases. In such cases, we will not be able to guarantee a replacement.
The performance fee is subject to change depending on the program. In such cases, the difference will be refunded in cash at the ticket counter on the day of the performance.
