Seven-Eleven stores in Japan *Please be sure to pick up your tickets at the store in advance after the ticketing start date below. *When picking up the tickets, you will be required to show your ticket order confirmation email to store staff. *The staff will check your Ticket Number that is shown on the ticket order confirmation email and print your tickets. *There will be no facility to pick up your ticket at the venue. |

*Please note some seats may require that you remain seated during the performance for safety reasons.
*After purchasing a ticket, please contact H.I.P. 03-3475-9999 (weekdays 10:00am - 6:00pm JST) in advance for guidance on wheelchair-accessible areas. You will be guided to the wheelchair viewing area. Depending on the space available and the number of people who have applied, it may not be possible to access seats within the area reserved for ticket price purchased. Please note that even if you have purchased VIP S seats, we will not be able to provide you with a seat within the VIP seating area.
*Tickets will not be reissued for any reason.
*Tickets must be presented by each person to enter the venue.
*In case the show is cancelled, please note that we do not compensate travel fee, accommodation fee, or any other costs you may have relating to the show cancellation.
