At any Seven-Eleven stores in Japan after entering Japan. *Please pick up your tickets at a store before coming to the venue, on or after the ticket issuance start date below. *When picking up your tickets, you will need to show your ticket order confirmation email to the store staff. They will verify the ticket number in the email and print your tickets. *Please note that ticket pickup is not available at the venue. |

Ticketing Information:
1, Each purchase is limited to a single session and a single ticket category, except for 18 and under tickets within the same session and category.
2, Up to 8 tickets may be purchased per transaction, except for Champions Experience and Platinum tickets, which are limited to 4 tickets.
Notes on Performances:
1, Children aged 3 and under are admitted free of charge, a ticket is required if a separate seat is needed. All children aged 4 and above must purchase a ticket for entry.
2, No changes, cancellations, exchanges or refunds will be accepted after ticket purchase.
3, The competition schedule is for reference only and subject to change.
4, This event will be broadcast live. Your view may be obstructed by filming equipment.
5, Tickets for each session are available in limited quantities. Seating arrangements are subject to adjustment.
6, Ticket prices include Japanese consumption tax (10%), do not including ticketing fess and other additional charges.
Admission Policy :
1, Please refer to WTT Champions Yokohama 2026 Ticket Policy for more information.
2, Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Printed tickets must be produced for admission.
3, Flash photography and videography are prohibited.
4, Social Media Live Streaming are prohibited.
5, All flags must be in accordance with the IOC approved flags.
6, No attendee may continually collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or release from the grounds of the event any match scores or related statistical data during match play (from the commencement of a match through its conclusion) for any commercial, betting or gambling purpose.
7, Doors to the Event Halls are scheduled to open 60 minutes prior to game commencing. Updates will be notified accordingly.
8, Attendees will not be allowed to bring in camera lenses exceeding 350mm.
9, Please be aware that strobe lighting and loud music will be featured at the event. Patrons with epilepsy or other medical conditions should exercise caution and consider their health needs before attending.
Exchange and Refund Policy:
1, The Organizer/Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
2, Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues, and their employees from any liability thereafter.
3, The resale of ticket(s) at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited.
4, Ticket prices may vary due to “Dynamic Pricing” without notice. Please check ticket price displayed before proceeding. Please ensure that you take note of all requirements at the time of booking.
5, There is no refund, exchange, upgrade, or cancellation once ticket(s) are purchased.
6, We remind the public not to buy tickets from unauthorised sellers. Tickets purchased through unofficial outlets cannot be guaranteed valid and are non-refundable, and buyers shall bear all relevant risks.
