＜Notes on Performances＞
Exchange and Refund Policy* :
1, The Organizer/Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
2, Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues, and their employees from any liability thereafter.
3, The resale of ticket(s) at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited.
4, Ticket prices may vary due to “Dynamic Pricing” without notice. Please check ticket price displayed before proceeding. Please ensure that you take note of all requirements at the time of booking.
5, There is no refund, exchange, upgrade, or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold.
6, We would like to caution members of the public against purchasing tickets from unauthorized sellers or 3rd party websites. By purchasing tickets through these non-authorized points of sale, buyers take on the risk that the validity of the tickets cannot be guaranteed, with no refunds possible.
Admission Policy* :
1, Please refer to WTT Finals Ticket Policy for more information.
2, Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Printed/electronic tickets must be produced for admission.
3, Children below the age of 4 years old will not be required to purchase a ticket. Children above the age of 4 years old will each require a ticket for admission.
4, Flash photography and videography are prohibited.
5, Social Media Live Streaming are prohibited.
6, All other flags must be in accordance with the IOC approved flags.
7, Data Transmission Notice/ Court-siding:
No attendee may continually collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or release from the grounds of the event any match scores or related statistical data during match play (from the commencement of a match through its conclusion) for any commercial, betting or gambling purpose.
8, Doors to the Event Halls will open 60 minutes prior to game commencing.
9, Attendees will not be allowed to bring in camera lenses exceeding 350mm.
10, Please be aware that strobe lighting and loud music will be featured at the event. Patrons with epilepsy or other medical conditions should exercise caution and consider their health needs before attending.
*WTT reserves the right to update, modify or change these T&Cs from time to time.
＜Notice about Electronic Ticketing＞
■ The electronic tickets for admission to the event venue are issued by [MOALA Ticket].
■ The electronic tickets can be received by clicking the MOALA Ticket URL shown in the Purchase History screen.
■ The MOALA Ticket service can be used without installation of any special app; you can enter the event venue by showing your electronic tickets on your smartphone’s browser screen.
■ Please take note that a smart phone and Internet connection is required to display the Electronic ticket issued by MOALA Ticket and to enter the event venue by using that electronic ticket.

■ Click the “Ticket URL (Smartphone only)” shown in the Purchase History screen. Then, the Electronic Ticketing page is displayed.
* PCs cannot be used for issuance of the tickets. Please use your smartphone to display the tickets.
* When you have two or more electronic tickets, another ticket can be displayed by swiping the ticket screen horizontally.
* If the message saying “The ticket URL is currently under construction. Please wait.” is displayed, wait for a while until e-mail with a title of “Information on Ticket URL - Order number” is sent to you. Once this e-mail is sent, click the “Ticket URL (Smartphone only)” shown in the Purchase History screen and receive the electronic tickets.
* If the Ticket URL is not displayed by three days before the event, please contact to the contact desk of each event.
■ At the admission gate to the event, show the Electronic Ticket page on your smartphone. You cannot enter the venue by only showing the screenshot of the ticket.
■ To facilitate admission process smoothly, we recommend that you receive the ticket in advance before the event and bookmark the Electronic Ticket page.
■ Pease take note that if you issue any ticket by yourself, such ticket becomes invalid.
＜Handling of Personal Information＞
When the customer uses any electronic ticket issued by MOALA Ticket, part of personal information of the ticket owners (names and telephone numbers) are provided to playground Co., Ltd. for the purpose to streamline service delivery relating to the electronic tickets as well as clerical work relating to the admission to the event venue.
