PIA international sale shall operate 24 hours a day, excluding provisions for interruptions of service due to system maintenance (which include data update operations performed before dawn). The start of the ticket sales period shall be displayed on the ticket reservation page.

Delivery Option

Please pick up your ticket(s) at Seven-Eleven stores in Japan.
You can pick up ticket(s) at Seven-Eleven stores after 24hours you bought.
When picking up ticket(s), you will be required to show purchase confirmation e-mail to store staff.
The staff will check your Ticket Number that is shown on your purchase confirmation e-mail and print your ticket(s).
Will Call
You may pick up your tickets at the will call window on the day of your visit. We will verify your identification when you pick up your tickets.
PIA LIVE STREAM
PIA LIVE STREAM is a virtual show that will be broadcast live via "ULIZA" or "Vimeo", a video streaming platform.
You are not required to pick up or print your ticket for this performance.
MOALA Ticket
Please access the ticket URL in your purchase history to pick up your ticket.
Please receive your electronic ticket using the browser used on your smartphone device.
Smartphone and internet connection is required for electronic ticketing and admission via MOALA Ticket.
Installation of a dedicated application is not required.
Please note that the line for ticket pickup on the day of the performance is expected to be congested due to the concentration of access.
Refunds
Customer requests for refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances. In the event refunds are given due to cancellation of a performance, etc., ticket price and special fee will be returned. We will not take responsibility for the other various costs that may occur.
