＜Notification of the Streaming Service＞

■ Payment is required for the streaming service. All rights of the contents belong to Organizer. Any unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited. A person who violates the rights of Organizer may be subject to legal liability.
■ No photography or video recording is allowed during the live streaming. Once any photographing or recording act is detected, there is a possibility that the person may be reported to the police and investigation agencies as needed.
■ All sales are final. Absolutely no refund will be made unless the event is postponed or canceled. Performers may subject to change or cancellation due to their circumstances. No refund will be given even if performers are canceled or changed, or if the streaming ends in the middle of the performance.
■ Please note that the performance might be suspended temporarily due to an unexpected network error. Please make sure to prepare for the supported operation systems on your device before the live streaming. Neither PIA Corporation or Organizer takes any responsibility or liability for any trouble caused by your Internet environment.
■ Once trolling or flaming act is found out, the person will be banned to watch the streaming compulsorily. In addition, the Terms of Service strictly prohibits anyone from Anti-Social Force (such as an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a related company or association of an organized crime group, and any other equivalent person of above) from joining the live streaming.
■ If you start watching the live streaming from the middle, you can watch the performance part way through. In that case, depending on the performance, you cannot watch from the beginning during the live streaming.

The Target of Event Discount Business
This product is a target product for events registered for the Event Discount Business implemented in accordance with the Event Demand-Stimulating Business (hereinafter referred to as “Event Discount Business”) Subsidy Payment Regulations.
By applying to purchase any target product for the Event Discount Business, the Purchaser agrees that the provisions of the Terms & Conditions for Participation in the “Event Discount” (hereinafter referred to as “Terms & Conditions”; https://wakuwari.go.jp/assets/pdf/participation_terms_sankakiyaku_japanese.pdf) shall apply as an agreement between the Purchaser and [PIA CORPORATION], and authorizes [PIA CORPORATION] to apply for and receive, etc., the Event Discount Business Subsidy.
The Terms & Conditions provide for the following matters:
- Matters relating to the application for and settlement of the Event Discount Business Subsidy (including matters relating to authorization to apply for and receive the Subsidy);
- Matters relating to any purchaser who purchases more than one target product for the Event Discount Business;
- Matters relating to the purpose of use of personal information and provision of personal data to a third party;
- Matters to be complied with by participants of an event in relation to COVID-19;
- When purchasing more than one target products, the representative (purchaser) shall notify the accompanied participants in the event of emergency.
- Participants shall consent, by themselves or through the purchaser, to the presentation of vaccination history verifying three doses of vaccination against COVID-19 or negative test results for COVID-19, except for the events solely for online distribution.
- When requested to present the above certificates, etc., the participants shall present them by themselves or through the purchaser, except for the events solely for online distribution. ※ Counterfeiting of the above-mentioned certificates may result in criminal charges under the Penal Code, etc. - Matters relating to revision of the Terms & Conditions; and
- Other matters to be complied with when using the Event Discount Business.
